Return & Exchange Policy
Sale & Mark Downs
All sale and marked down items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
If you used an email promotional one-time code or new subscriber code, this product is still considered full price and our usual return/exchange policy applies.
Any product that is marked down, on sale, on flash sale or any other advertised promotion in final sale.
Returns & Exchanges
Regular priced merchandise may be returned or exchanged, however we must be notified within 5 business days of delivery of the intent to return/ exchange and must receive the item back within 14 days of delivery. Items that are not received back within 14 days will only be eligible for store credit.
Please note the return and exchange shipping costs are not covered by Someday Studio and are the responsibility of the customer. For exchanges, Someday Studio will cover the expense to ship your new item.
If you wish to proceed with a return or exchange - please reach out to us at email@example.com and we would be happy to help. Please include your Full Name and Order # in your email.
We do not offer price adjustments at this time. If you are within the return policy window, you may return your regular priced item and re-purchase however please note all sale items are final sale and there is no guarantee of stock availability once your return is received.
Order cancellation is only accepted within the first 12 hours of the placement of your order. Additionally, if your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and our typical return policy must be followed.
Our same return & exchange policy applies to Preorders. Additionally, cancellations are only accepted on preorders within 12 hours of order placement. This product is being made to order for you, and as such cannot be cancelled after that time frame.
If you decide to return an item, please note shipping charges will not be refunded to you.
If you are an exchanging an item, you are responsible for the cost to ship back the returned item and Someday Studio will cover the cost to ship the new item.
We do not provide return shipping labels unless there is a damaged or faulty item.
Damages & Defects
While we try our best to ensure the best quality possible, sometimes mistakes do happen! If there is what you believe to be a damage or defect with your product, please let us know immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org - Please provide images where possible as well as your Full Name & Order #. Additionally, please ensure any damages or defects are submitted within our Return window.
