Shipping Policy & Turnaround Times
Thank you so much for placing an order! Please take look at the "Expected Ship Date" on the right hand side of the product listing. From there, we aim to ship all packages out within 3-5 Business days. However, please note that this is approximate and may increase during sales and new collection launches.
All packages in Canada are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or UPS Standard, unless selected otherwise. The turnaround time for this is typically 1-2 Business Days (Local) 1-4 Business Days (Regional) 2-8 Business Days (National) 4-7 Business Days (USA)
All packages are shipped from our office in Vancouver, BC.
Please note our office will be closed the week of Sept 5th. All orders from our End of Summer Sale will ship beginning Monday, Sept 12th.
Do you offer Price Adjustments?
We do not offer price adjustments at this time. If you are within the return policy window, you may return your regular priced item and re-purchase however please note all sale items are final sale and there is no guarantee of stock availability once your return is received.
We offer Free Shipping over $200 CAD. For orders under $200, we offer a flat rate of $10 in Canada and $15 in the USA.
My package is lost or stolen! What do I do?
While we hope that your package ships without any issue, these things can happen. As soon as you recognize something off with your tracking (Delivered but you didn't receive, Tracking not moving etc.)
1. Ensure your shipping address is correct on your order. If this is not correct, there is little we can do - we often have to wait for the package to be returned and then re-ship.
2. Start a Canada Post service ticket. The sooner this is started, the better chance we have at resolving it.
3. Reach out to us at email@example.com with your ticket number, Full Name and Order #. From here we will also submit a ticket with Canada Post, or follow up regarding what has already been submitted.
When will my preorder item ship?
If you have submitted a preorder, the estimated ship date can be found on the right hand side under the "Expected Ship Date" Tab - Please note this is approximate and may change slightly if there are any production delays. You will receive tracking information as soon as your item has shipped.
What size should I buy?
We try to give you as much information as possible about the size and fit of each garment. Please ensure you take a look at both our General Size Guide and our Item Specific Measurements, which is all linked in the individual product listing.

Where is your product made?
All product is Designed and Made in Vancouver, BC.

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. Please note emails sent on Friday afternoons, may not receive a response until Monday.
